便攜式地磅（軸重儀）稱重原理：

Portable weighbridge weighing principle (Zhou Zhongyi):

 是通過稱量被檢測車輛的每一軸（或軸組）的重量，經(jīng)過累加，得到車輛的總重量。它既可以靜態(tài)稱量，也可以勻速動態(tài)稱量，在動態(tài)稱量時，稱重儀表可自動收尾而累加出車輛的總重量。該軸重儀還用于公路車輛的限檢測或計重收費中，這時需要配套紅外光柵、輪軸識別器及稱重管理器，完成復(fù)雜的稱重檢測過程。

 的軸重負(fù)荷的儀器，軸重是指一個軸對承受的機(jī)車或車輛重量。軸重反映了汽車輪軸承受的靜荷載度，它決定了各部件交變應(yīng)力的平均應(yīng)力水平。從設(shè)計角度講，軸重是一個很重要的參數(shù)，它與汽車的性能息息相關(guān)。軸重合軸距決定了汽車重心的位置。因此汽車軸距軸重一旦改變，就必須重新行總布置設(shè)計，特別是傳動系和車身部分的尺寸，重新調(diào)整懸架系統(tǒng)中的彈簧及吸震器參數(shù)，轉(zhuǎn)向系中的轉(zhuǎn)向梯形拉桿尺寸。同時軸距的改變也會引起前、后橋軸荷分配的變化，從而必須要考慮這些因素對汽車制動性、操縱性及平順性的影響。所以在汽車技術(shù)性能表里往往會注有軸距軸重這個參數(shù)，這足以說明了它具有十分重要的參考作用。軸重儀根據(jù)檢測需要區(qū)分四通道和六通道、八通道等，它的優(yōu)點在于稱臺重量輕、尺寸小、檢測準(zhǔn)確度、便于攜帶等優(yōu)點所以也被人們稱為：便攜式稱重儀，便攜式軸重儀，便攜式汽車稱重儀，便攜式軸重檢測儀等。
